The Exchange
15 Hours a Week
We believe in a fair exchange of energy. As a volunteer, you'll contribute 15 hours of help per week to the regeneration of the valley. In return, you'll receive room, board, and the opportunity to immerse yourself in our creative sanctuary.
Gardening & Farming
Tend to our organic vegetable patches and learn permaculture principles.
Eco-Building
Assist in constructing and maintaining our superadobe and timber structures.
Painting & Decorating
Bring color and life to our communal spaces and accommodations.
